God never repents of His electing love.
~Thomas Watson
One can also say that God never repents of His actions at all. He doesn’t have to. Does a man repent when he tears down a house that he built? Paint over a canvas that he didn’t like? Smash a vase he molded?
Neither does God have to repent when in His sovereignty destroys a nation, causes famine, allows dictators to rise, allows children to be slaughtered. God doesn’t have to ever repent…why?
The atheists and agnostics of the world may never accept this, but the reason why God kills, destroys, saves, loves, hates and does the things He does?

You know, even some Christian find it hard that they have to answer to God. Maybe the reason why He is called God is because He is, and does not have to answer to the very thing He created.
Romans 9:20-21, ‘Does not the potter have power over the clay, from the same lump to make one vessel for honour and another for dishonour?
What if God, wanting to show His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath prepared for destruction’
We should bow down and worship Him, for there is none other to worship, for there is no other Creator.

Isn’t it liberating to understand this? To have this subject settled once and for all. Most “Christians” don’t get this. Free will, God’s sovereignty and who is in control…Can one be a Christian and not understand this? Hmmm.
