Well, the chest tube came out late this afternoon. It did not bring the longed for pain relief though. It was buried a length of over 20 cm under my ribs, so I guess it might take a while.
Can’t believe I’ve been here almost a week. Not sure when I will be going home. A few more diagnostic puzzles to try to solve and then I need to be able to get around better than I can now. Very weak. Still feeling very determined though, by the grace of God.
Thanks for your continued prayers. Please pray for healing, strength, decrease of pain and sleep! I definitely need some people willing to “stand in the gap” for me now.
You know, I’m not kidding, for the past 3 or 4 weeks, I have been meaning to ask about Christine’s health. And now I have the answer.
I know she is in the best possible care, the care of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
